- £500 plus IPT

- Construction all risks including:
- Contract works up to £10M (higher limits on referral)
- Owned plant – up to £1M (higher limits on referral)
- Hired in plant – up to £1M (higher limits on referral)
- Contract works up to £10M (higher limits on referral)
- Delay in start-up – up to 10% of the contract value
- Public and products liability – up to £1M (up to £2M on referral)
- Non-negligent indemnity – up to £1M
- Hired in contractors’ plant & tools – up to £1M (higher limits on referral)
